Hey Y'all! I'm Michaela, or as I've Always Said, "Michael with an A".
I’m an elopement and mini-session photographer with over six years of experience, based in Southern California. My husband and I met at our church college group when I was 18 (he was 21!) We were friends for over three years before we started dating, and we tied the knot in November of 2017, just two months after the tragic passing of my dad. It was actually that loss that pushed me into photography full time. I only have a few photos of my dad and I don't want that for others. As a photographer, I bring a sense of authentic connection into my work. I believe that real love isn’t perfect, but it’s beautiful in all its raw and unfiltered moments. From an elopement, a couple's session, or family portraits, My heart is to capture what’s truly important; real and fleeting moments that make your love story yours.
